For bookings of more than 4 quests, credit card details will be required but no deposit is taken at the time of booking – the card details are only kept on file to use, if necessary.
For booking of more than 10 guests, Please see booking requirements for large groups below.
Our cancellation policy comes into effect 24 hours before your booking commences.
By keeping us up to date with any changes to your booking, it will abide by our intention to not have to implement this policy. If you update us within the time frame set for the cancellation policy, you will not be charged.
There is a set menu requirement for large groups. These are:
We are happy to cater to dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, pescetarian, gluten-free, halal, allergies, etc.).
Dietary requirements must be communicated at the time of booking, or no later than 7 days prior to your booking commencement.
While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or cash.
A 1.6% surcharge (Non-Amex) and 2.6% surcharge on Amex, applies to all credit card payments.
