Seating: We have indoor / outdoor seating. Our outdoor seating is weatherproof. Regardless of the weather, we guarantee a comfortable and celebratory environment.
Can kids attend? Yes, all ages are welcome. Please note that all guests are charged the full price due to the high-demand nature of the NYE event.
Do you cater to dietary requirements? Yes, we do. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary needs upon booking so our chefs can prepare modifications in advance.
Refund policy – 15 days prior to full refund, 7 days prior to (gift voucher), within 48 hours – no cancellation/refund
Can I see fireworks? – Yes, from our balconies; however, the city council keeps changing the location of fireworks. Everyone is welcome to go to the promenade level and come back after the fireworks.
Parking & transport: Prebook your parking at Southgate Wilson Parking. Public transport is highly recommended due to the crowds.
